Hard water is a common quality of water which contains dissolved compounds of calcium and magnesium and, sometimes, other divalent and trivalent metallic elements. | Discoloration usually results from the exposure of these metals to oxygen, known as oxidation. In your plumbing, water often has limited exposure to oxygen, keeping any soluble (ferrous) iron or manganese in solution. |
While taste issues are only noticed at the faucet(s) where water is used for drinking, bad smelling water can be noticeable any place in or around a home or office where water is used. | It isn’t just fixtures and appliances that can be discolored and stained. Discoloration of water is another sign of impurities. |
The corrosion of pipes and plumbing fixtures can cause a bevy of problems with your water. Corrosion is the gradual decomposition or destruction of a material by oxidation or chemical actions. | The U.S. EPA has set standards for more than 80 contaminants that may occur in drinking water and pose a risk to human health. |
No pressure sales from Mark. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to get us installed in a very short period of time. I had two other water conditioning companies come out, test and quote but Mark was head and shoulders above both of them with his knowledge.
Mark is very knowledgable and professional. Estimates are very reasonable and they stand behind their work.
Mark @ Water Bionics is very knowledgeable about whole-house water softening systems and patiently answered our many questions about how these systems work, (the installation process, and the ongoing maintenance & costs of keeping the system operating at peak performance). We had multiple quotes for a whole-house system, but decided to go with Water Bionics because of Mark s extensive industry experience and commitment to his customers. Mark and his crew arrived promptly at our scheduled installation time and the install went very smoothly and we look forward to many years of quality water. We recommend Mark and Water Bionics to anyone looking to install a whole-house water softening system.
HomeAdvisor connected me to Mark & Water Bionics as I grew frustrated with a competitor I had been working with. Mark picked up the pieces and promptly delivered on his promises. He also educated us more on the aspects of the system and recommended removing some excess filters that the competitor had specked out, resulting in a lower cost system and lower cost of ownership. Mark was not "salesy" and was very factual and forthright. We are very pleased with the system and highly recommend Water Bionics!
Mark was able to educate me so that I could make an informed decision. He was very easy to work with and "answered" the phone when I had questions. I felt comfortable with discussing what I wanted and never felt pressured to purchase anything. I'm looking forward to continuing our relationship as it pertains to the system I purchased.
Mark, Roger and Tyler worked tirelessly in the hot Texas sun to get my filter installed and installed right. Their customer service was jus impeccable. Mark answered all of my questions about the filter and his expertise of water filters is more than impressive. My water is clean and delicious and I highly recommend Water Bionics to anyone who is on the market for a whole house water filter. You will not be sorry that you hired these guys.
Mark was excellent. He explained exactly what he was going to do and when. He was very responsive to questions and concerns. He arrived precisely on time and didn't leave until the job was complete to my satisfaction. Work area was left clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use Water Bionics again. BTW, I love my soft water and filtered drinking water. No more expensive and bothersome refrigerator filters.
Mark & his team were extremely knowledgeable. They don?t come in & give you the typical sales pitch by testing your water with a chemistry set. They just give you the facts. When it came to scheduling the install, it couldn?t have been easier. Marl & his team were in & out in an hour.
